Inspection of Raw material: The raw material is inspected and checked before production for chemical properties and surface finish.
In process inspection: Our dedicated team of quality control supervisors ensures that the quality manufactured is checked for tolerance, length, straightness and surface finish is checked and maintained at different phases during the production cycle. Our core value of the production team is surpassing all needed measures of quality assurance.
Inspection of finished goods: In this stage, the product is checked for finishing, packaging, color coding, marking, Mechanical test and macro and micro properties, corrosion etc. test specifications lastly should comply with the requirements of the customer.
